Ruby Mensah, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized and evidence-informed psychiatric care.

At Renew Mental Healthcare, Ruby provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up services for adolescents, adults and older adults throughout Connecticut.

Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders and trauma-related conditions, including PTSD.

Ruby believes that effective psychiatric care begins with listening, understanding each patient's unique experiences and developing a collaborative treatment plan. Her approach emphasizes patient education, thoughtful medication management and shared decision-making.

She strives to create a welcoming, respectful and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in their mental health treatment.
